Laval Virtual - Our "Bubblicious” team ranks third

The 10th edition of the event "Laval-Virtual" took place from April 9 to 13, 2008.
This year, 12 3rd-year hypermedia students participated in the time-limited "Virtual Fantasy" competition (36 hours nonstop !!...). The aim of this contest is to create a 3d immersive and interactive environment revolving around the following theme : "Senior City - Imagine the 2030 senior-adapted city."

The international design workshop CREDO 2008 (Cooperation in Research and Education for Design Options) took place from April 19 to 26, 2008 at the Abbey of Fontevraud (Loire Region).

Partnership with Arts et M�tiers paris Tech

L'�cole de design Nantes Atlantique and Arts et M�tiers ParisTech (a French higher education institution specializing in mechanical and industrial engineering) signed a partnership agreement on Thursday April 10, during Laval Virtual (international event dedicated to virtual reality held in Laval, France).
Thanks to this agreement fifth-year students will have the possibility to simultaneously attend courses leading to a Designer's Degree and to Master's Degree delivered by Arts et M�tiers (...)

Signature of the Kyoto Design Declaration

From the 28th to the 31st of March the International Design Conference Cumulus Kyoto 2008 held by Cumulus and by Kyoto Seika University will take place. Cumulus is an international association of Universities and Colleges of Art, Design and Media. During this conference L'�cole de design Nantes Atlantique - together with the 123 other Cumulus members - will sign the 2008 Kyoto Declaration.
